Fitness for Moms are classes for moms with children ages 0-4. It can be hard to find your routine and take care of you, but you deserve it!
More details can be found below. Bring your little one(s) with you, or come alone!

Classes will be instructed by Coach Katrina, Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist and Coach Samantha.
Fitness for Moms
When: Mondays and/or Thursdays, 12:00 pm
Duration: 8 weeks, 2x/week $160 + HST or 1x/week $120 +HST
60 minute classes at CrossFit Orangeville
