Fitness for Moms are classes for moms with children ages 0-4.
Finding your routine and taking care of yourself can be hard, but you deserve it!
Bring your little one(s) with you, or come alone!
Register Anytime! Sign-up with a monthly membership or purchase a 10-class pass*
Classes will be instructed by Coach Katrina, Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist.
Fitness for Moms
When: Every Monday and Thursday, 12:00 pm
60-minute classes at CrossFit Orangeville
*10-class passes also give you access to ANY other CrossFit classes such as partner WODS or open gym too!
However, no "little ones" in those classes, please;-)
