NEW! Mom & Baby/Tot Classes are for moms with children ages 0-4.  It can be hard to find your routine and take care of you, but you deserve it!

You can choose from  the Bootcamp for Moms or the CoreFit for Moms depending on what you want to focus on. More details can be found below. Bring your little one(s) with you, or come alone!

Bootcamp  classes will be instructed by Coach Katrina, Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist.

CoreFit classes will be instructed by Coach Carley

Mommy and Me

CoreFit for Moms 

Focused on strengthening, restoring, &

retraining the core + pelvic floor in preparation for exercise

When: Wednesdays, 12:00 pm

Duration: 6 weeks, $75 + HST


Bootcamp for Moms

Bring your little one too, fun for both of you!

When: Mondays & Thursdays @11:00 am

Duration: 1x/week for 6 weeks, $75 + HST or

2x/week for 6 weeks, $120 + HST
