HIGH PERFORMANCE TRAINING
High Performance Training sessions are 60 minutes in length and can be purchased in 1, 4, 8, 12,16, 24, and 30+ session packages. Signing up as an individual gives you the chance to work one-on-one to improve performance and strength with our qualified strength and conditioning staff. Groups or teams of 3+ members can register to train together at a discounted rate while still receiving the attention, program design and training needed to succeed.

YOUTH AND HIGH SCHOOL
Our Pre-Season Training programs are designed with consideration of the specific sport an athlete plays in order to prepare them for the upcoming season. Whether they play for a school team or club team our athletes are in prime shape in time to conquer the playing surface.
Many athletes continue training during the season, and we recommend that they do. In an effort to continually improve performance and minimize sport related injuries AI strength & conditioning coaches will tailor your program to your sport and schedule.
Rest and recovery are a big part of any athlete’s off-season, but equally as important is the progress that can be made in that period of time. More often than not, athletes have fewer distractions in the off-season and see the most gains with consistent energy and focus put on training.
Whether you are preparing for a combine at the high school, collegiate, regional, or national level our staff has the experience to prepare you for the unique battery of tests in almost any combine. As a whole our staff has experience training athletes that have moved on to play in a number of leagues such the NBA, OHL, NFL, NLL, NCAA, MLB.
COLLEGE AND PRO
For Collegiate and Professional athletes we design our training programs to fine-tune your strengths, improve on your weaknesses, and take your game to another level. Many of our professional athletes train with us in the off-season in hopes of playing at a more elite level with proven results.
Project: NEXT is for young athletes aged 12-18 years old who play a competitive sport and are looking to advance their strength and conditioning.
