DO I NEED TO BE "FIT" TO START CROSSFIT?
Absolutely not! In fact, you will find that regardless of how long a member has been doing CrossFit, every day is a fight and a struggle - but that’s the point. We aren’t here to make things easy for anyone, as you only change by being challenged. Having said that, we scale and modify all of our workouts for all ages and skill levels. We have members aged 12 to 69!
CAN I TRY CROSSFIT TO SEE IF I LIKE IT?
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage anyone to come try their very first class for FREE! Having said that, due to the variability and dynamic programming style of CrossFit, we encourage members to sign up for at least a one month trial to get a better overall picture of exactly what we do in CrossFit.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY FIRST CLASS?
For your first CrossFit class, make sure to bring workout shoes and clothes, and an open mind. With a qualified coach in every class, we introduce you to other members and get you moving right away. We have all the equipment and expertise needed to deliver a first class strength and conditioning workout to you.
