MomFit Collective
MomFit Collective at CrossFit Orangeville are unique fitness programs designed exclusively for moms. We understand that it can be difficult finding your routine and taking care of yourself once little ones arrive, so we’ve created a welcoming, supportive environment where you can bring them along with you! All ages and siblings are welcome! Want to attend alone? No problem!
Our classes focus on building strength, restoring energy, and creating a healthy balance—all while fostering community and support among fellow moms. Whether you’re looking to regain strength, boost energy, or simply take a moment for yourself, MomFit Collective is here to empower you on your fitness journey, with your little ones happily by your side.
Classes will be instructed by Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist Coach Katrina, and Coach Jenna!

Fitness For Moms
Group fitness classes that combine bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, barbell movements, and more, designed to get moms moving and connecting with other moms!
Class Times (ongoing):
Mon / Tues / Wed / Thurs / Fri
10:45AM to 11:45AM (daily)
12:00PM to 1PM (daily)
Membership Options:
2x/week – $105 + HST per mo.
3x/week – $125 + HST per mo.
Unlimited – $145 + HST per mo.
10 Class Pass - $200 + HST

CoreFit For Moms
Group classes designed to strengthen, restore, and retrain your core + pelvic floor.
Program Dates:
January 8, 2026 to February 12, 2026
Duration:
Thursdays, 1:15PM to 2PM
Cost:
$119 + HST for the 6-week program
Sign-up with a monthly membership or purchase a 10-class pass.
10-class passes give you access to ANY other CrossFit classes including HYROX, Partner Workouts, and Open Gym!
However, no "little ones" in those classes, please ;-)
