CrossFit Orangeville Kids/Teens establishes a fun and encouraging relationship with health and fitness from an early age. We will spend most of our time programming fun and effective workouts to not only encourage kids to develop a lifelong passion for healthy living, but to also improve balance, coordination, dynamic loading, and strength training. The tools we give kids in these age groups sets them up for an advantage as they grow and mature into young adults and into adulthood.

CrossFit Kids Ages 5-8 

Starts: Saturday February 12th

When: Saturdays 10:15 am-11:00 am

Duration: 8 weeks, $100 + HST

 

CrossFit Kids Ages 9-11 

Starts: Saturday February 12th

When: Saturdays 10:15 am-11:00 am

Duration: 8 weeks, $100 + HST

 

CrossFit Teens Ages 12-15

Starts: Saturday February 12th

When: Saturdays 11:00 am-11:45 am

Duration: 8 weeks, $100 + HST
