CrossFit Orangeville Kids establishes a fun and encouraging relationship with health and fitness from an early age. We will spend most of our time programming fun and effective workouts to not only encourage kids to develop a lifelong passion for healthy living, but to also improve balance, coordination, dynamic loading, and strength training. The tools we give kids in these age groups sets them up for an advantage as they grow and mature into young adults and into adulthood.

Ages 5-8 (birth year 2012-2015)

Starts: Saturday September 12th

When: Saturdays and Sundays 9:00am-9:40am

Duration: 6 weeks

 

Ages 9-12 (birth year 2008-2011)

Starts: Saturday September 12th

When: Saturdays and Sundays 9:45am-10:30am

Duration: 6 weeks

 

Ages 13-17

Starts: Monday September 14th

When: Mondays and Thursdays 3:30-4:30pm

Duration: 6 weeks
